This 40-hour training program is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills to meet the Job Performance Requirements (JPR) as defined in the NFPA 1225 (2022 Edition), Public Safety Telecommunicator I (Standard for Emergency Services Communications). The course will focus on obtaining adequate and accurate information for the appropriate dispatch of resources. This course is Pro Board and IFSAC dual-accredited, providing internationally recognized certification. Delegates must undergo an examination and skills evaluation, which, if completed successfully, will result in Pro Board and IFSAC Certification.
