This 40-hour training program provides delegates with the knowledge and skills to meet the Job Performance Requirements (JPR) as defined in the NFPA 1225 (2022 Edition), Public Safety Telecommunicator II (Standard for Emergency Services Communications). The course focuses on disseminating dispatch information and developing an emergency response. This course is Pro Board and IFSAC dual-accredited, providing internationally recognized certification. Delegates must undergo an examination and skills evaluation, which, if completed successfully, will result in Pro Board and IFSAC Certification.
